Data of tangible capital investments (HI) which illustrate extent and development of
construction activities are in bill.CZK (current and constant prices 1994). Besides total
volume of tangible capital investments and investment-GDP-ratio are published also data of
their construction´s part.
Next data illustrate allocation of capital investments by sectors and their share in total
tangible investments. (Up 1.January 1997 the value of assets used in a financial on lease
form is shown by users, which in a high degree influenced division of tangible investments
between sector Enterprises (+ lease), and Financial (- lease).
Residential output is shown in thousand number of started, under construction and
completed dwellings.
